Travel. Learn. Connect.
The IGLTA Foundation empowers LGBTQ+ welcoming tourism businesses globally through leadership, research, and education.
The Foundation's Fellowship Program provides funding and mentorship to selected LGBTQ+ small business leaders, young professionals and students, giving them the resources to attend the IGLTA Global Convention and contributing to their professional LGBTQ+ tourism development. All convention registration fees and travel expenses are included in the program. Recipients will have the opportunity to network with travel industry leaders from around the world and attend all educational sessions.
IGLTAF will award David Martin Small Business Fellowships to LGBTQ+ small travel business owners (global) and Building Bridges Fellowships to tourism/hospitality students (host city). A post-conference follow-up program will be enacted to measure the success of the program.
